NATIONAL FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORKSUPPORTING FAMILY MEMBERS LIVING WITH SUBSTANCE MISUSE

February 2015: The 16th Annual Service of Commemoration and Hope

The National Family Support Network (NFSN), will host its 16th Annual Service of Commemoration and Hope in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1 on Sunday the 1st of February at 7.30pm.  The service is held annually to remember those who have died from substance misuse and related causes and to offer hope to families of those still involved in addiction or in recovery.

The spiritual, multi-denominational service is attended by family members who have lost loved ones through addiction, members of Family Support Groups that are affiliated to the National Netowrk and has an attendance of approximately 800 people. Other past attendees include The President, An Taoiseach, Government Ministers, T.D.s, The Archbishop, various religious representatives, Garda Commissioners and Celebrities.
