BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT PROGRAMME - MARCH 22nd 2018

The National Family Support Network are running an eight week Bereavement Support Programme designed for those who have lost a loved one through drug/alcohol use or related causes.

The start date for this Programme is Thursday 22nd March 2018 and is held in the National Family Support Network offices, 5 Gardiner Row, Dublin 1.

Losing somebody is very painful, when the loss is addiction related the loss is a multiple process. Grieving is a personal and highly individual experience. How people grieve depends on many factors, including personality & coping style, life experience and the nature of the loss.

This interactive programme is a safe space for examining and sharing how people feel about their loss, it helps explore beliefs and will guides through a set of actions that enables people to move forward through life with hope. It will show how to identify past losses, show how to achieve completion with these losses to go on to lead a complete, peaceful and happy life.
