CEO: Sadie Grace
Responsibilities: Overall coordination of the activities of the Family Support Network.

Development Worker: Conor Byrne
Responsibilities: To build capacity and provide on-going support and development to family support groups nationally. To deliver training to family support group facilitators and external agencies as required. Event management: to organise, plan and evaluate National Family Support Network events . To ensure quality services are available for families to access family support nationally and to Identify training needs and gaps in service provision arising from the work of family support groups and networks. To coordinate the roll out and development of the Young Person’s Support programme. 

Membership Officer: Ger Doherty
Responsibilities: To manage and maintain all data relating to the National Family Support Networks membership. To provide information and referral to families or individuals who contact the Network alongside providing developmental support and information to new and existing family support groups and facilitators. To act as first point of contact for new and existing members in a developmental and supportive capacity, identify potential new members and liaise with local and regional external agencies to assist in the development of family support services nationally.

Policy & Research Worker: Aoife Frances
Responsibilities: Identifying issues for policy and practice arising from the work of the family support groups and networks. Managing social research projects and drafting research papers. Providing developmental support and information to regional and local networks, alongside family support groups. Researching and drafting specific areas of National Family Support Network  strategic policy. Contributing to local, regional and national social policy forums concerning family support on behalf of the network.

Ofice Manager & Company Secretary: Clara Leonard 
Responsibilities: Office Management. All aspects of finance for organisation. Processing and responding to correspondence, dealing with and recording telephone and face-to-face queries as appropriate, liaising with funders, the convenors of the various working groups, database development and maintenance and website & social media maintenance.  Responsible for the organisations Governance Code journey to compliance. 

Training Officer: Audrey O'Reilly

Responsibilities: Heading up the 5 Step Method training programme and ensuring quality standards are maintained in its delivery. Keeping up to date with current training needs and providing evidence based education initiatives where required. Ensuring all training is evaluated and accessible to a range of stakeholders nationwide.

Bereavement Support Worker for the NORTH INNER CITY -

Responsibilities: The role of the bereavement support worker for the North Inner city is to support families who have been bereaved through addiction and related causes.  The incentive is for families to be informed of services available to them during their time of grief.  The specialised worker has accurate information on funeral directors and their costings, additional financial supports available and specialised bereavement supports.   Specialised bereavement programmes are available after assessment of needs carried out by the worker.  This is a new initiative for the North Inner City and also a first of its kind focusing on the needs of families in the aftermath of a death of their loved one.
